Terms and Conditions – PKR93 Online Gaming Platform

Welcome to pkr93. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr93 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services available at pkr93.ws, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, poker, Ludo, virtual sports, and all related products.

pkr93 is designed specifically for Pakistani players and operates all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By registering an account on pkr93, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, understand their implications, and agree to be legally bound by them.

• You must be registering as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person or entity.

pkr93 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification or permanent closure if fraud is suspected.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on pkr93. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any funds within them being subject to review and potential forfeiture.

When registering on pkr93, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify pkr93 immediately at support@pkr93.ws if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your registered contact details current and update them promptly through account settings if they change.
• Not allow another person to operate your pkr93 account on your behalf.

pkr93 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account login will be treated as activity performed by you, regardless of who actually carried out the action.

pkr93 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied and no hidden exchange rate deductions are made.

Accepted Deposit Methods on pkr93:

Additional deposit and withdrawal rules that every pkr93 player must observe:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned or flagged for investigation.

• Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit through your payment provider will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of the relevant amount from any available balance.
• pkr93 conducts routine anti-money laundering checks in line with standard financial compliance practice. Players may be asked to provide source-of-funds documentation for larger transactions.

These Terms sit above all individual game rules; in the event of a conflict, these Terms take precedence unless game-specific rules explicitly state otherwise.

As a player on pkr93, you agree to the following conduct requirements at all times:

• Play solely for personal entertainment and not attempt to gain an unfair advantage through any technical exploit, software tool, bot, or automated system.
• Not engage in or facilitate collusion with other players in poker, tournament, or live game formats on pkr93.

• pkr93 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or circumstances outside our direct control.

pkr93 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons, among others:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, including multi-accounting, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Confirmed or suspected collusion, cheating, or use of prohibited software tools on pkr93.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards pkr93 staff or other players.
• Evidence that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

In cases of account termination due to fraud or Terms violation, pkr93 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance remaining in the account. In cases of self-requested account closure, any remaining eligible real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard checks are completed.

pkr93 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and display a notification on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the updated Terms take effect.

Your continued use of pkr93 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with changes to the Terms, you must stop using pkr93 and may request account closure as described in Section 10.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of pkr93 shall be governed by applicable law. pkr93 operates its customer-facing platform with particular regard to the interests and norms applicable to Pakistani players, and all payment processing is conducted in PKR.

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal process. Formal dispute notices must be sent in writing to support@pkr93.ws with full details of the issue, the outcome sought, and any supporting documentation.

pkr93 will respond to formal dispute notices within 14 working days of receipt.
